• Skilled in analyzing progress, identifying project trends, and drafting baseline programs.
• Proficient in communicating with consultants, clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Expert in creating master schedules, method statements, and progress reports.
• Excellent relationship management, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Rakesh Jain
• Mechanical engineers, Experience – 30+ years
• Worked on over 250 rollouts and large interior projects.
• Expertise in engineering services like electricals, ELVS, networking, fire safety, automation, and more.
