Background location access is required for employee attendance tracking, field activity monitoring, and work progress management.

The app does not collect location data after the user ends the work session using the End Day feature.

                                        The app may collect and display:

3. Background Location Usage

The app accesses background location only after the employee manually starts their work session using the Start Day button.

Background location is used strictly for official employee tracking and attendance purposes.
